Terms and conditions

These terms determine the procedure of ordering, paying, delivering and reclamation of the products offered on this site. The website www.tehnovar.hr can be viewed for your private use without any fee, according to the following terms and conditions.

The seller is Tehnova, and the buyer is the visitor of this site, and the one who filled out the electronic order, send it to the seller and make payments via credit cards, checkout, cash, or PayPal.


The buyer orders the product or products through an electronic order form.

A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills out the requested information and sends the order.

All prices are quoted in the Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), with VAT. Unless the buyer in the “Change Currency” module changes the currency to EURO (€) – by CNB rates.

The goods are ordered electronically, by selecting a specific product and by putting it in the cart. Goods are deemed to be ordered at the time the buyer chooses and confirms the desired method of payment.


Ordered products or services are payable online only through PayPal and other payment methods are executable by delivery, using cash when receiving the order or at our store using the following cards and cash: American Express® (6 installments), MasterCard®, Maestro® or Visa, via PayPal!


Due to the complexity of production (a lot of our products are custom-made), the delivery deadline is variable and subject to change. Buyers can request accurate information by phone or email at any time because the webshop does not specify the exact delivery time.

Our products are delivered using HP- Express delivery service in all parts of Croatia, while the packages outside Croatia are sent via regular mail!

Orders are packaged in a way that they can’t be manipulated or damaged. When purchasing, the buyer is required to check the condition of the package and the product and in a case of damage promptly notify the product to Tehnovar (or employees of the company performing the delivery).

The Seller waives any liability for damages that may arise during the delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods, or a delivery notice, after they’ve been sent, the buyer has the right to notify the seller in order to take action in the form of finding the shipment or sending a replacement shipment.

If the buyer refuses to accept the goods he has ordered, the seller has the right to ask for the reimbursement of all costs associated with delivery.

The Seller agrees to send the shipment to the buyer within 5 (five) business days after receiving a receipt confirming the online transaction. If the Seller is not able to deliver a particular item, the Seller will notify the Buyer of any subsequent delivery deadline or return the money and promptly notify them.

After the deliverer (the company performing the delivery) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer liable for further delivery and any delays and problems which may arise in connection to further manipulation and delivery of the goods.

Delivery of goods is calculated based on the weight of the item using automatic calculation.


The product may be returned within 14 days if there is a justified reason, if it is not used and has the original packaging.
The right to a claim is obtained if a non-ordered product has been delivered, the product does not conform to the quality standards or is damaged.
Upon receipt of the goods, the order confirmation of the order depends on the buyer. Please compare the items received with your account, if anything is missing, immediately contact TEHNOVAR, vl. Petar Fresl because we do not respect subsequent claims.
The product must be returned to the Tehnovar sales office at Rude 112, 10430 Samobor, Croatia or you can deliver it via post office.
Refunds on our part will be made within 7 days of the return of the returned product. It is important to know that the statutory deadline for refunding money is 30 days. In some cases it takes more than 7 days for the money to be visible in your account status.
